We stayed at the riv for two nights with our baby boy and had such a lovely stay! Prijante took such good care of us and made us feel at home. He was so sweet. Our son loved him!
The food was amazing, compliments to the chef! Especially the rice and curry. It was the best we had in the whole of Sri Lanka!

The hotel location was perfect,calm & surrounded by a beautiful view. The property is well maintained and cleaned. It was an unforgettable experience, especially the architecture of the villa. Double room was very comfy with luxurious & really amazing. 😍

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! Good supportive staff and good in-house chef. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The best part was the stunning mountain view that you could enjoy from different spots around the location. A perfect getaway for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, and nature. Highly recommend!

Had the best weekend getaway at The Riv! Me and my partner both absolutely loved everything about the experience. The food and the staff were fabulous and their recommendations for activities to do in the area are spot on as well!

This was our first honeymoon stop after our wedding. We both loved the place. The property is very simple yet elegant and done tastefully. The outside deck are and the pool is so chilled out to unwind the F*** out of the busy life. The staff were attentive, but was not interfering in anyway. The food was very clean and tasty. Nothing too fancy, but enough food choices to make your tummy happy. If you are looking for a place to chill and relax in a calm and a quiet environment without any sophisticated luxuries, this is definitely a place to try out.

My husband and I had the most wonderful romantic getaway at RIV Eco Villa. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they made us feel truly special.
Our room was cozy, beautifully set up, and gave us the perfect space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The peaceful surroundings, with nature all around, created such a calm and intimate atmosphere.
We also loved the food – every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much care. It felt like everything was done to make our stay as memorable as possible.
